DEROYAL CO-TEX IS AN ADVANCED LATEX FREE textile with compression zones that are made in one piece. The different compression zones provide different grades of support for the active joint. Some of the models have silicone pads to increase compression locally to decrease swelling but also to increase proprioception from the joint. Swelling and edema are common after trauma and can take a long time to go away. Soft tissue swelling is negative in many ways. Pain will reduce range of motion of the joint and swelling can actually block it. Compression is therefore important to reduce swelling in an effective way.

DEROYAL COTEX - SIX NEW KNEE BRACES

CoTex is a new material with high compression. Swelling over the joint can give both pain and reduced range of motion. The CoTex braces have silicone pads to increase the compression over the joint. You will find all the six new models here!

DEROYAL TRITEX PLUS, PERFORMANCE IS EVERYHING

During demanding activities it's important to have a material that performs. TriTex Plus is a further development of the TriTex material with high comfort, heat insulation and good ventilation in the same material. We are also introducing swivel buckles on these braces to make application easier.

5401 MALLEUM CO TEX PLUS

A new ankle brace with silicone pads and an extra strap to provide an optimal support and compression over the ankle. Swelling can be a problem after a sprain and it can take a long time before it goes away. Malleum Plus helps to reduce the swelling and will increase the range of motion for the ankle.

EU2810 EPI CO TEX

This is a new elbow brace that combines good support and compression. It has two silicone pads placed over the epicondyles. Works excellent for tennis elbow problems.

EU4009 EU4109 GENUM LIGA ROM SHORT NEOTEX TRITEX

A completely new model based on EU4010/EU4110 but in a shorter version. Fitted with the new ROM-hinge, made in a stainless steel alloy. The hinge pockets have also been designed so that the hinge is completely encapsulated.

The new Dorsum line from DeRoyal has been re-designed to meet the modern needs of a functional design to an attractive price. The material has been specially designed to improve comfort by allowing the skin to breathe. We have therefore used a special cotton quality that we call DeRoyal MCC - Micro Climate Cotton that allow perspiration to pass through the material.
