A dynamic orthosis for contracture management of the knee joint. Provides an adjustable resistance in extension or flexion depending of the adjustment and settings. The resistance can be adjusted by using the included hex-wrench. To be able to apply the orthosis with pre-loaded resistance, it can be locked in 0, 45 or 90 degrees. The frame is made in lightweight aircraft aluminum which provides good stability and a low weight. Velcro straps and lining can be washed or replaced.
