An insole with thinner fore foot and a thicker heel. Provides unloading and shock absorption in shoes with a tight space. Applied directly into the shoe after removing the old one. The insole has a slightly tacky surface which prevents it from sliding. The insole should be trimmed with a pair of scissors if needed. Wash in warm soap water when needed. Let air dry. 

Indications: Lower extremity overload injuries, shin splints caused by bad shock absorption, post-op after knee or hip replacement.
