The CRX Epi Elbow is made from a flat knitted compression textile with three medical graded compression zones. The highest compression zone is positioned over the joint, grading off into lower zone with less compression. The upper part of the support is made with a lower compression to not disturb range of motion.
On the inside of the brace are two silicone pads positioned, laterally and medially to provide compression over the extensor and flexor tendons in the lower arm. The silicone pads provide a combination of medical compression and a light to moderate support.

The measurement is taken 5 cm below the elbow joint.
