Confirmation
By the customer's acceptance of these purchase conditions and their order, a binding agreement arises. When an order is received, an order confirmation is automatically sent by e-mail with information about your order. However, Mediroyal Nordic AB reserves itself from delivery in cases where the stock balance was incorrect at the time of the customer's order. If Mediroyal Nordic AB cannot deliver according to the order confirmation, the customer will be contacted and given the opportunity to cancel their order.

Card payment
Mediroyal.se uses Klarna's payment services. Klarna is used today by several large online retailers and is the safest way to trade online. Card transactions that take place with Klarna are protected using 3D-secure.

Pick up goods at Schenker's delivery point
The shipment is sent to your local Schenker agent. Notification takes place via sms. Valid identification must be presented when picking up the shipment.

Delivery time
Normal delivery time is 2-4 working days from the time your order is received. If your order includes a so-called made-to-order item (specified in the information text for each product), the delivery may take a few extra days.

Delivery methods and shipping costs
All deliveries of goods purchased at mediroyal.se cost SEK 35. The buyer always pays for any return shipping.

Return of order - Right of withdrawal
According to the Distance Contracts Act, you as a consumer have the right to cancel your purchase without special reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. All returns are paid for by the customer. When returning, a completed return slip must be attached. The return slip is in your shipment upon delivery. If it is missing or has been lost, contact customer service and we will send a new one. If you regret your purchase and send back all or part of the order, we will refund the amount paid for the product(s) excluding shipping costs. In order for a return to be approved, it must be sent back in the original packaging, and be in such a condition that we can put the product back in stock without any action. Cost of return shipping is not refunded. 

Transport damage
In case of any transport damage, the shipment is returned to Mediroyal Nordic AB. Complaint form must be attached. Check the goods upon receipt and contact Mediroyal Nordic AB as soon as possible.

Dispute
Disputes according to these conditions must be settled according to Swedish law, by a Swedish court.

Force majeure
Mediroyal Nordic AB releases itself from the obligation to fulfill its part of the agreement and from the obligation to pay damages if Mediroyal Nordic AB's commitments cannot be fulfilled at all or only at an abnormally high cost due to war, riot, blockade, fire, explosion, or intervention by public authority that Mediroyal Nordic AB could not foresee either. Mediroyal Nordic AB is not responsible for damage caused by legislation, authority action, war event, strike, blockade, boycott, lockout or other similar circumstance. The reservation regarding strikes, blockades, boycotts and lockouts applies even if Mediroyal Nordic AB is subject to or itself takes such conflict measures. Mediroyal Nordic AB is also not obliged in other cases to compensate for damage that occurs if Mediroyal Nordic AB has been normally careful. Mediroyal Nordic AB is in no case responsible for indirect damage.
